Listens for regular expressions. When one matches it sends a static string. Driven by configuration. Useful for bees and cheeseburgers.

It would also be cool to let matchers get at capturing groups in the regexp, but I don't see an easy way to do that.

Dumb Use Case:

[10:47:57] <benl>    hey gesture, beeeeeeeees
