Suggesting to use below in cmdline.txt dwc_otg.lpm_enable=0 console=tty3 root=/dev/mmcblk0p2 rootfstype=ext4 elevator=deadline fsck.repair=yes rootwait quiet splash logo.nologo vt.cur_default=1 vt.global_cursor_default=0

Logs will be accessible on Alt+F3

Above modification are not working

Above cmdline.txt modification works on 1.9.9.a
