'Change at end of current cycle' restarts automatically #45

We noticed on our cluster of Pis that even if we check the ' Change at the end of current cycle' checkbox before clicking deploy, the change is immediate across all Pis and does not wait for the cycle to end.

Upon further inspection, it seems that group.loadPlaylistOnCompletion is not sent to the server when we deploy.
