Is it good to create a sub-repository all the time?
If some prompt would prevent this that could be nice in some situation. If we are located in a git repo, the cli could prevent from creating a new repo, or to mess by the parent repo's commit log.
Also, when creating a new repo, there could be an option to link the created repo to a parent repo as a submodule.
