Перевод данных строк (да и многих других) уже выполнен, просто ветку dev пока что, не слили с веткой master. Ориентируйтесь на ветку /dev в процессе перевода. Для более комфортной игры, можете так же попробовать установить не официальный перевод на русский в виде отдельного мода https://github.com/X64E/colobot-RussianMod

The translation of these lines has already been completed, it's just that the dev branch has not yet been merged into master. Focus on the /dev branch during the translation process.
