These are the agenda points we currently have for Friday

17:00 - 18:00

• setup (tables, power outlets, projector, etc.) with the coaches
• coaches briefing (Christian, based on OpenTechSchool approach)

18:00 - ...

• everybody introduces themselves (60 minutes?)
• what are your expectations from the workshop?
• short intro talk about the content of the workshop on Saturday
• laptop/ruby/rails installation
• open end networking
