We are optimizing the mobile app, as part of the priority tasks. We are updating the settings pages so both desktop/mobile users will have less clutter.

• [x] How would it look on Mobile? As discussed with Devyesh yesterday, the designs here should work with safe space already implemented. mobile nooks shouldn't be a problem during implementation
• [x] It was horizontal before, why adjust the orientation of the settings page icons to vertical? _I change this to vertical for consideration of the placement of our resource cost dropdown. Showing the icons vertically makes it more aligned on how it looks when the resource popup is active
