Move Embargo Button #353

Description

Embargo button should be removed from player section to something trade related

I think keeping embargo makes more sense and designing a proper interface with it that explains itself without needing to have a name Embargo makes more sense than block trade based on dictionary definitions Just make intuitive interface with the right icons and it’ll be fine Also they hated the embargo button in the player container. They were like, “all other actions add a friend, or go to profile are all external links, nothing to do with the game being played now” So they were like embargo does not belong in that drop-down

Or just remove the feature, since it's a house rule that is only used in 2% of the games
