Good/Bad descriptions without adjectives

I think there are some descriptions that would work without adjectives, so we might want to think of a way to include them.

"Dull" "Racist" "Soul-crushing"

There are probably better examples.

Racist controls.

In all seriousness: those don't seem to me like the kind of qualities that would appear in a pros/cons list in a review summary.
