Add table that includes each cancer, incidence, mortality, and trends to county pages #98

Consider adding a simple table of overall cancer incidence and mortality that includes the "trend" from state cancer profiles data. Alternatively, just include a table with the "trend" for all cancers. Another alternative is to include a "list" of cancers that are increasing incidence and decreasing incidence. The trend information, in particular, could be helpful in focusing work in the county.

Again, not a high priority and just a suggestion.

After #93, there will be a basic-measures.json file where the team can easily select whatever measures we want to show, and I did test it with "enumerated" fields like the trends.
