Expected

Straight connection (0 impedance) between RPi header pin 1 and indicated pin on hat breakout.

Not connected or connected through voltage divider. Also not connected to header pin 17 (also 3.3V).

Unknown. Expected functions of Qwiic sensors don't seem to be impaired.

The articulated Qwiic cable also reads the same (that is, not connected straight to 3.3V):

This doesn't result in any significant drop of the voltage, which explains the lack of observable detrimental effects. Closing.
