Display 1786 street network data and PH Age data #109

Add option button to overlay this 1786 street network data to show clear relationship between historical networks location and non domestic buildings/land use (also relevant to support CCRP/Turing mapathon, and to attract interest/traffic from historic environment interest/education groups)
