UK footprint release and university partner testing

• [ ] Add a new field 'date of current version' to footprint release - to remind everyone that should be updated annually, thanks - for core code

• [ ] Add a note in italics under footprints saying 'Please note, building outlines are not available for download from Colouring Britain for privacy reasons. They are used within our research platform to collect, verify, visualise, and release non-personal data on Britain's buildings and physical and green infrastructure, needed to support net zero targets and UN Sustainable Development Goals'- for core code. - Should we omit 'for privacy reasons'?

• [ ] Add a note on sign up to how university departments/groups can use a single username/password, allowing for an underscore or other to identify contributing departments or individuals if desired but for all contributions made by the university to be grouped on leaderboard.
