Fix menu links #346

Some of the links in the menu do not work correctly. (There is a separate issue for links that are in the core platform - https://github.com/colouring-cities/colouring-core/issues/1382)

There are a couple of Britain-specific links that may need to be updated:

  1. Did you say we would change the "news" to "colouring cities news"? Should this link be added to the Core platform instead?

  2. Do we know where the London discussion forum (http://discuss.colouring.london/) is hosted? It seems to be down completely... I can't find any reference to it and it's not listed on 123reg. If it's gone down completely, it might be worth moving the future conversations to GitHub, but it would be a shame to lose the existing discussion items.
