Data extract is failing #1305

Latest extract was extracted on Tue Aug 02 2022 - see https://cl-staging.uksouth.cloudapp.azure.com/data-extracts.html

https://github.com/colouring-cities/colouring-core/blob/master/maintenance/extract_data/export_attributes.sql is failing right now with syntax error

main problem is that we have not caught it or noticed :(

TODO: are backups running for Colouring Britain?

https://colouring.london/data-extracts.html completed Fri Jan 12 2024 extract. I will recheck whether regular ones are back.

Also, ideally we would have some monitoring of this.
