Change GeoJSON files public/geometries from London to Dresden or clear it

• use city boroughs for Dresden
• etc. or clear GeoJSON and provide just headter without features... to reduce data traffic while loading Colouring Dresden app

data preparation e.g. for city boroughs for Dresden

in QGIS

• convert into GeoJSON format
• transform into EPSG 4326
• remove not relevant atributes
• geometry repair
• rename column to 'name'
• export as GeoJSON

I remove a lot of GeoJSON data on features level, but kept the files itself. as a workaround until Dresden data will be filled in again
