Minimization Tip display is very slow #13

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Minimize SmartMe
2.
3.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
The tip is displayed immediately after it is minimized. However, it needs 
nearly 20s before it is shown

我这边的情况是，第一次最小化马上出来了那个提示，但是��
�后都不出来了。不知道是否就这么
设计的呢？！

另外：现在是双击就出来是吗？是否单击就出来更好？！

请马龙解决一下。：）

那就改成每次都出吧……当时还和林添讨论了一下决定只在��
�一次出……
是双击出来 单击有点技术上的问题 这一点也和林添讨论过

那个delay我没有遇到 我也不清楚是怎么回事 
是按msdn里提示的方法实现的 应该比较标准……

已经改为每次最小化都出ballontip
延迟这个问题确实存在 
还没找到出现问题的规律……已经将超时时间设置为5s 
但愿这样可以减轻
提示延迟的问题
