Database bug #103

What's left now:

[x] - Adjust a config migration script to clear the lastUpdated for all profiles. Run the initialize database for each profile
[ ] - Look at adding some kind of loading graphic on the screen to show everything is syncing
[x] - Sync all profiles / data into the new databases

profile_id as a column becomes redundant now. This can most likely be cleaned up and removed from all database calls.
