Responsiveness for navbar controls and sidebar #18

Added responsiveness to the navbar controls and the sidebar.

Solution isn't 100% ideal as I had to add a blank spacing div so that the 'Filled Icons' heading doesn't get overlapped by the controls when they wrap.

I personally would consider removing the 'Filled Icons' heading when the viewport no longer has enough space for both it and the controls.
