Add FIRSTSTARTMODE to hint that user should listen to the 'how to play' before they start. #28

Starts the game with the question "Do you want to learn how to play?" if you've never played a game. A yes takes you to the 'how to play' message instead of to the game. After playing one game, the menu defaults to the previous "Do you want to play?" when you start the game.

If you are impatient, a No to the first question will just start the game with no instructions.

Also made some small changes to the 'how to play' text, adding a slightly more dramatic introduction.

Oh by the way this is 100% not tested at all. I wrote it while away from my Echo. I'll test it some time today.
