Add status report to Alexa

Intent for "Status report!" which lists what is currently alive at each ship and at the planet. Probably impossible to debug the game without something like this.

I would like (to start) for numerical strength to never be said by the Alexa. When describing strength of a card use phrases for various strengths: {cardName}...

• 1 strength: looks fairly weak
• 2 strength: is keeping steady
• 3 strength: is at high strength
• 4 strength: is looking extremely strong
• 5+ strength: seems unbeatable

May be a dumb idea but was just what I had thought before.

I am removing the MVP tag. Through playtesting it has become clear that you need to describe everything as you go anyways, so with all the extra battle reporting this intent becomes way less important.
