Adding regex option to row_filter #7

I wanted to filter csv files based on a regex, hence this pull-request.

Awesome! No suggestions at this moment.. I will continue to use it and work my way through hopefully! I met Daniel in NYC in november and was introduced -- it fitted exactly with my needs. Keep up the good work!
