New home page featuring podcast! #124

Our home page has gotten outdated. Now that we have a podcast, we should feature it on our home page!

Mission Highlights

Additionally, the home page now displays all the active missions on one page. Clicking on each one will lead to the mission-specific page. Fixes #100

Jekyll-ize Press page

Created layout for press page to add press articles. Format:

  publisher: ""
  date: ""
  author: ""
  excerpt: ""
  link: ""
  image: ""

Also added four additional articles featuring CSI in the news.

Still to do:

I haven't figured out how to force images to be perfect squares. This currently leads to some wonky arrangements of divs for the mission highlights because different images have different heights.
