Create press section for mission pages #155

As far as I can tell, Balloons and SPOCS are the only missions which have a "press" section. Balloons' was manually written in HTML; I simply copied this code to make the SPOCS press section. Is there a template already for a press section? If not, let's make one.

There isn't a press section for each mission. It looks like it's just links to external articles. Making one is a good idea especially when missions get more outside attention.

There is a press section for CSI in general if you want to make them consistent or integrate the two. An idea would be to tag each article in "Press" with the mission (like the blog posts) and then only show the articles related to each mission in their respective page.

Each mission has its own news feed, press has been renamed to (CSI) In The News
