no cursor on playback #1

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. load midi
2. load MP3
3. play chart

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Red bar cursor at tempo beat is missing.

corrected issue in build 47. any current mp3 playback offsets will need to be 
re-adjusted.
