One SOME computer +/- no longer works #11

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. open project
2. use -/+ to compress or expand midi tracks

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
On my WORK computer in new version -/+ no longer works

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

Still works as expected on HOME computer.

Turns out the _ works for Shrink, plus working.

more notes on this bug:  THIS time when I loaded up, none of the shortcut keys 
work at all.  I cant even highlight and hit delete, but can right click delete. 
 Something to do with keyboard, have not figured out cause and effect yet.

Exiting and reloading the program reset the keys.  I am wondering if it has to 
do with losing focus (e.g. going to another app and doing something) and then 
returning?

still cant nail down cause and effect, but happened on multiple computers, 
multiple times in the same session (working, then not, then working).  
reopening app does NOT always resolve.
