Found a PRO that will NOT set root properly #20

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Charted PRO track for Beatles Eight Days a Week
2. Compiled without error at all 
3. PRO track in game is a MESS.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
For example, the A chord (xx222x) is showing up as 550055 in RB3.
MOST chords NOT showing up as charted in editor

What version of the product are you using?

Went though this again to make sure.  WEIRD results.  

Chart  : 320033 (x5)
in GAME :320033, 330033, 330033, 320033

Chart: 0221xx (x4)
Game: 0122xx (x2), 00222x, 0122xx
