DELETE key just moved to next note #22

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. highlight a note to delete
2. hit DELETE key

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
instead of removing note, moves to next note without deleting.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

after having this issue for a week, today it worked as expected.  I think this 
has something to do with the state of the keyboard at the time of running the 
program, but its just a theory.
