Import of XML tab should align first notes #25

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. open 5 button
2. import XML from web tab player

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
First note of each should be aligned.  Instead, the XML file loads into the 
silence lead up space.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

I also suggest defaulting not lengths to 1/16 until its much more mature
