XML file for Happy Together would not import #31

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. From webtabplayer, grab HAPPY TOGETHER by the Turtles and download as XML
2. Use Import function.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Nothing happens.  If you instead upload a GP5 of that song and download that, 
it works.  So its something specific to this XML file.  It seems worth figuring 
out what throws it off.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
