SET key should honor selection #32

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. using the SET key will always process the entire track

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Would like the SET key to just process HIGHLIGHTED notes (unless nothing 
highlighted, then process the entire track).

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

strange that this was working today while editing Hanging on the Telephone?!

again, this now seems to be working, so I have to assume it was isolated to a 
specific .mid file?
