MIDI works by MEASURE NUMBER #34

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. open any .mid file

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
phrase markers are just not correct.  Not sure why, but Reaper has different 
markers.  They should be the same

this became relevant while working on TIME.  Nyx did the 5 button and I had 
corrections for him.  Our reference points did not match

Reaper may use some other numbering. I''ll need to verify my numbers against 
some more sheet music to be certain

Unless I'm mistaken, Reaper uses measure.beat.deltas time formatting.  Measure 
and beat numbering begin with 1.

ok, then that is what I would like in editor.  OR (optionally) a "tracking 
timer" that shows you the exact time of where you are in the track.
