XML for Unchained will not import #37

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. set up Van Halen unchained 5 button
2. set up rest of project
3. attempt to import unchained.xml (attached)

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Absolutely nothing happens

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Same results in both v54 and v57.

Please provide any additional information below.

Turtles.
