v58/v59 .mid files crash RB3 #40

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. I simply recompiled working Hotel California and Time (v57) in the new v58 
and new v59

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Game saw the correct GAME ID, and added the PRO track, but when you try to play 
it, CRASH.

A recent MIDI columbo sent me didn't have an "end of track" meta event at the 
end of each track.  Was that a problem that has been fixed yet?

That was the only abnormal thing I found regarding the MIDI, so my bet is on 
that being the reason the MIDIs are causing RB3 to crash.
