Either XML wrong or not importing close to reality #42

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Grab XML for LED Zeppelin "Babe Im gonna leave you" (attached
2. select the steel guitar track to see the input
3. There are EXTRA notes everywhere.  Where do those come from?

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
you have to see it to understand, but extra notes are being generated.  It 
happens ALOT and early, so its easy to spot.  

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
v54 & v59

Please provide any additional information below.
IF you eliminate the extra notes, it looks correct!

I seems like the issue is specific to the E strings.
