selecting the same choice does not reload file #5

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. load a project
2. make a change to the PRO midi file, but do NOT save
3. try to reload the PRO midi file without exiting the program

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Using the file dialog to select the file and load, does NOT reload the file.  
Would like file selection to always reload source file.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

Please provide any additional information below.
If you screw up the PRO file and cant undo the changes, you would want to 
reload the PRO midi file.  To do that, you currently have to exit the program 
without saving and reload the program.

work-around: select another project then return to source project.  Note: Why 
does that not prompt you to SAVE the project you left?
