Difficulty generation not always present where there are 5 button notes (overdrive) #54

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

Turns out that there are too many times where MED has dropped a note and then 
Easy reintroduces it in a new location and it does not GEN.  

This is boofing up MIDI compile, especially in OVERDRIVE sections as they can 
be left with ZERO notes.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
v63

Since its EASY, I would just make 2 passes when generating, MED then X for the 
missing ones?

ok, I have to revise this request.  There is something amiss with auto 
generation because there are too many places where there are 5 button notes and 
no PRO note.

The current v70 still has the bug, and it rears its head mostly on OD phrases.  
For some reason, the editor will not autogen notes there and they need to be 
manually inserted to that track (often EASY) and then auto-gen unchecked to 
prevent it from removing those manually added notes.  

The simplest fix is probably to NEVER drop a MEDIUM note from EASY on an OD 
phrase, just make it a single string.

it seems like OD phrases will drop notes on HME when auto gen is run.  Not all 
of them, but a good number of them.  There are sometimes notes in 5 button, 
sometimes NOT.  But there has to be notes in OD phrases for all difficulties.
