Cant clear 108 error #58

What steps will reproduce the problem?
Try to compile Back in the Saddle PRO attached.

What do you see instead?
108 hand position event occurs too late on track: PART REAL_GUITAR Expert

somehow the editor generated a note at the PREROLL section and once I deleted 
it, I was able to compile without the error.  Should check for this condition?
