paste no longer works v67 #61

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. select a note
2. right click and select copy
3. move and right click paste

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Note does not copy, remains in copy cursor

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

moving a note is worse, eats note.
