Reductions leave only helper notes on easy #66

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. build a chord with help notes on the E string.
2. build difficulties
3. check easy

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Easy will have just a HELPER note, resulting the the following magma error: > 
ERROR: MIDI Compiler: (PART REAL_GUITAR): Gem at [3:1:000] in easy difficulty 
has no slots

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

Please provide any additional information below.
Reductions can not have just helper notes.  No chord can be just helper notes.

The obvious work around is to NEVER use a helper note on the low strings on a 
barre chord.

So x42224 can NOT be done with a helper 4+42224.  The this never arises.
