What steps will reproduce the problem?
Actually I recreated the issue, they wipe immediately after saving the chart.
And I have even opened the saved chart and the markers were not saved. This
happens no matter what, even if I don't set 108 events or copy G2B. In other
words, I have never been successful at making an upgrade with strum indicators
(can be seen on official upgrades as darker blue portions of the chord
(top/mid/bottom of chord gem) for those who don't know)
