removing events from BASS when INIT #75

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. charter uses arpeggios then compiles using Gx2 (copy guitar to bass)
2. Later, someone wants to actually build a real BASS track but does not want 
to delete and recreate all the arpeggios

What do you see instead?

Ah, if the INIT button is used on a track, it should also remove arpeggios from 
that track!

also, should remove all guitar fret markers when init bass is pushed
