Editor will sometimes create PRO track with 0 fret note at position zero #77

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.  Load Tuesdaygone.mid and create a project
2.  Init pro tracks

look at position zero

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
NO NOTE should ever be there!!!
