Recent ACT version change results in error when importing EMC^2 #110

EMC^2 uses ACT's method for loading ARM NetCDF files. The naming convention was changed in ACT v.2.0.0 and therefore, an error is raised when importing EMC^2. Another error is raised in the plotting test module due to a change in ACTs colormap naming convention.

This issue was resolved in pull request #111. closing.
