I have placed my fixes in, along with checking to make sure unit tests pass and pep8 standards are met. Next time, @isilber , you should make a branch from your fork and do a PR from that branch, rather than from master. This will make my job easier since the automated tests will run to make sure that your edits are not going to break EMC^2.
