Failed when tried to combine in Windows

My internet completely stopped working...

copy \b hosts00 + hosts01 hosts

This command I used to combine the files but it failed miserably. I am going to try it on my lnux machine now.

I don't have a windows machine to test it but if you can't merge them I would just download the pre-merged list from the releases page: https://github.com/columndeeply/hosts/releases
