This removes the col-buttons from the view, if sortable is activated. This enables a better sorting experience, without accidentally clicking edit/delete while sorting...

Was meaning to merge this forever ago, can't seem to do it from the Github app. Will do when back from holiday. Thanks for splitting the pull requests. Thierry
