New release? #82

Hi. Any chance of getting a new release any time soon? We need some of the fixes that have gone in since the last release, f517517 in particular, and I'd prefer not to be using dev-master in production.

v2.1.2 https://github.com/colymba/silverstripe-restfulapi/tree/v2.1.2 should do the trick. Sorry am not doing this more often!
