Add combined-stream in package.json #13

Without it, a fresh installation will not work, not sure which dependency needs that but I tried today and found this.

Hi @nikkanetiya, I've just cloned this repo with a fresh install and everything worked fine, do you have a specific error to show that forced you to install this dependency? Cheers
