uPickle on 3.3.4 seems green, I think we're good to proceed

Open PR https://github.com/com-lihaoyi/Ammonite/pull/1565, will need to wait for the upickle 4.0.2 publish to go through then we can run tests, merge it, and release

@Gedochao i tagged an unstable version 3.0.0-2-6342755f which supporte 3.3.4. Can you try it out? If it works i'll tag a stable 3.0.1
